This is such a useful way to frame All-Star Weekend for students. The game is the visible product, but the career map is in the rooms around it: athlete branding, representation, sponsor strategy, youth pipeline, content, live events, community, and investment. Women’s sports growth is going to create a lot of jobs for people who learn to see that whole ecosystem early.
